Return Policy

Doors that can be put back into inventory will be offered a refund equal to full value, less a 25% restocking charge. Doors that have been machined or modified cannot be returned or refunded.


Upon delivery, receiver is advised to inspect all deliveries. All products are considered acceptable unless noted otherwise. Damage must be reported to USA Wood Door within three (3) working days, accompanied by electronic pictures and a detailed written claim. USA Wood Door will not be responsible for damage claims after this period.
